Organoleptic Test Notes

Color: clean ruby

Aroma / Nose: Notes of pine forest, bush, wild berries and menthol aromas, along with some sweet spice and cherry. Elegant

Taste / Mouth: Tannins with some softness, pronounced acidity and fresh fruit. Fluid wine, with a character marked by the trace of forest and pine forest. Solid and dry finish.

Total Acidity: 6.69 g/l  

Volatile Acidity: 0.34 g/l

Vinification

Harvest: Manual - 20 Kg Boxes  (29/09/2018)

Fermentation: Stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix).

Aged for 1 year in stainless steel vats and 6 months in French oak barrels.

Aging: After bottling, it rests for 12 months in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature (10/14 ºC).
