Aroma / Nose: Intense, impresses. Delicate notes of black fruits, plums and blackberries, toast and spices.

Taste / Mouth: Excellent structure, well combined: soft and enveloping tannins, perfect acidity and excellent freshness. Intensity of mouthfeel. Long persistence. Aging potential.

Vinification

Harvest: Manual - 20 Kg Boxes  (09/09/2017)

Fermentation: Stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). Aged 15 months in stainless steel vats and 7 months in French oak barrels.

Aging: After bottling, aged for 12 months in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature (10/14 ºC)
