Fermentation: Stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). Aged 1 year in stainless steel vats and 1 year in French oak barrels. Aging: After bottling, aged for 12 months in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature (10/14 ºC)
