Red Reserva 2017 - Limited Edition Joaquim (3714)
Unique wine produced from the Tinta Roriz / Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro.
Vinification : wine made by fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix. Interned during 15 months in stainless steel vats and 7 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it was aged for one year in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature.
Analytical parameters : 13.5% alcohol by volume, 5.69 g/l total acidity, 0.62 g/l volatile acidity, 3.60 pH
Organoleptic Test : ruby color with fruity and fine aromas. It presents a balance of body and acidity, with a harmonious and elegant finish.
