Red Reserva 2017 - Limited Edition Joaquim (3714)

Unique wine produced from the  Tinta Roriz / Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro.
 Vinification : wine made by fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix. Interned during  15 months in stainless steel vats and 7 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it was aged for one year in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature.
 Analytical parameters :  13.5% alcohol by volume, 5.69 g/l total acidity, 0.62 g/l volatile acidity, 3.60 pH
 Organoleptic Test :  ruby color with fruity and fine aromas. It presents a balance of body and acidity, with a harmonious and elegant finish.

 EXCELLENCE Award - 18 points.  Grenada, clean. Intense, impresses on the nose. Delicate notes of black fruits, plums and blackberries, toast and spices. Grows in the cup. Excellent structure, well combined, soft and enveloping tannins, excellent freshness, conferring aging potential. It ends long.

Nose of red and black fruits, wrapped in an earthy and mineral layer, of spicy spices, pine needles and dry red flowers and seductive balsamic touches.
