Vinification

Harvest: Manual - 20 Kg Boxes  (01/10/2016)

Fermentation: Stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). Aging 7 months in stainless steel vats, 6 months in French oak barrels.

Aging: After bottling, it rests for 12 months in a controlled environment of humidity and temperature (10/14 ºC).
